On the sad demise of the game-changing brand, Virgin America, we at Brainstorm Creative are inestimably proud to have had them as a client for many years. From the very first air-to-air shoot of an Airbus for their launch in 2007 - iconic footage over the Golden Gate Bridge that is still used to this day - to traveling all over the US filming passengers, crew, in-flight and on the ground to capture the spirit of the airline in 2015. After twenty years of hard work by a dedicated group of volunteers, MOXI, the Museum of Exploration and Innovation, is ready to launch on February 25th! Brainstorm has provided overall launch strategy, messaging, print advertising, Radio and a 30 second spot that will pay on regional television as well as cinema theaters and multiplexes throughout the central coast. The spot, directed Brainstorm's award-winning director, Kirsten Cavendish, demanded multiple days shooting as exhibits were completed and the space was available, including high speed photography and elaborate lighting.
As the launch of MOXI draws ever closer, Brainstorm's launch advertising campaign broke in Santa Barbara this week with print and online ads in The Independent, Noozhawk, The Sentinel, The Montecito Journal and more. Right now the campaign is focused on selling annual memberships in the run up to Christmas, but TV, radio and cinema spots are in production, pending the announcement of a launch date, early in 2017.
Brainstorm recently completed a series of six videos for Storyteller, one of a kind non-profit in Santa Barbara that provides therapeutic pre-school for homeless children. Even in an outwardly affluent community like Santa Barbara, there are still parents who struggle with finding homes, jobs and a secure environment in which to raise their children. Working with these children and the amazing teachers and staff of Storyteller was a privilege, and we are honored to be able to serve the community by creating awareness for the extraordinary and valuable work they do.
MOXI, the Wolf Museum of Exploration and Innovation will ignite learning through interactive experiences in science and creativity. Brainstorm Creative is proud to have been selected as the marketing partner to help launch MOXI to the world. When the doors open in early 2017, the museum will include more than 17,000 square feet of exhibits arranged in eight themed areas which you can learn more about by becoming a MOXI Insider.

Brainstorm ran an inspiring strengths coaching session for the Adobe Events team at the US Grant Hotel in San Diego yesterday. Our coaching team put together a custom agenda that made for an entertaining and highly informative event. The entire team were amazed to learn about strengths they never knew they had, as well as those of their colleagues. Even a few skeptics in the room had become enthusiastic supporters by the end of the morning.
