Coaching the Coaches at Amgen

Brainstorm recently conducted a Gallup Strengths coaching session for the senior directors of the Learning & Performance team at Amgen.  Each team member was individually coached one-on-one prior to the session and then we spent the day taking them through the fundamentals of Clifton Strengths, the neurochemistry of conversations and several group interactive sessions.  The group  was extremely responsive and went away  with a new found appreciation for the power of Strengths-based coaching.

Goodbye, Virgin America .....

On the sad demise of the game-changing brand, Virgin America, we at Brainstorm Creative are inestimably proud to have had them as a client for many years. From the very first air-to-air shoot of an Airbus for their launch in 2007 - iconic footage over the Golden Gate Bridge that is still used to this day - to traveling all over the US filming passengers, crew, in-flight and on the ground to capture the spirit of the airline in 2015. It's been a wonderful ride Virgin America, and we have loved flying with you.
